While working fulltime and a mother of 2 children and wife to a "public school administrator", Cher obtained her BAAS from Texas State University Summa Cum Laude. Cher has experienced the dramatic growth and dynamic changes in the real estate market firsthand in beautiful San Antonio and the surrounding areas. For the past 30 years San Antonio has been her home. For clients, knowing the past proves invaluable in projecting the future. Cher's professional experience includes new home construction both as an Operations Manager and site sales counselor, residential real estate as a Realtor, insurance adjusting as a property and casualty licensed adjuster and home mortgage experience as a loan officer. Cher currently serves as a fulltime Realtor associate with Home Team of America and is appointed to serve as a committee member with the Communications committee and the Realtor Builder Committee. Cher has just been accepted to the San Antonio Board of Realtors 2008 Leadership Program. She is a member and Ambassador/Captain of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. Cher has her designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative and is currently working toward her E-PRO designation and her broker's license. Cher is an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors. She attends Community Bible Church serving as an active choir member.
